Responsibilities:

• Handling customer’s problems and complain,from the first time information was received until the problem and complain are solved at customer’s side


• Monitoring customer’s product and services for 7 day per week,24 for hours per day to ensure that all services are running well.Should there is a problem at the services ,the staff will contact the customer for first checking and analyze the problems for the further solution


• Maintaining customer satisfaction is the objective of all task since customer is our priority

Requirements:

• Male or Female max 28 years old


• Minumum 3 years experience at IT business


• knowledge of internet business and technology


• Innovative,creative,sharp,and enthusiastic


• Fluent english both oral and written


• Technical competence (understand software,hardware,networks,etc)


• Willing work on shift schedule


• Good Analytical and Conceptual thinking skill,active,self motivated,dynamic,creative and innovative
