Lowongan Kerja BW Plantation Tbk. BW Plantation (BWPT) is an Indonesian oil palm plantation company with primary business activities in developing, cultivating, and harvesting Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) as well as extracting Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and Palm Kernel from FFB.

The company manages seven plantations, four of which are located in Central Kalimantan, two are located in West Kalimantan and one located in East Kalimantan.

Estate Manager (Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Tengah, Kalimantan Timur)

Requirements:

• Male


• Having experience min for 3 years as an Estate Manager


• Have experience dealing with LC, Nursery, Mature, immature


• Understanding the process of farm administration


• understand the budget-making garden


• have the communication skills and good leadership


• Healthy physical & spiritual


• Ready for placement in West Kalimantan

Surveyor Assistant (Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Timur)

Requirements:

• Male


• Min Diploma of Geography


• Able to use GPS, GIS


• Able to make block mapping and design


• Able to do field survey


• Ready to work on all company’s plantation

Field Assistant Nursery (Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Timur, Bangka Belitung)

Requirements:

• Male


• Minimum D3 Agronomy


• Experience dealing with nurseries + / – 1 million seedlings


• Preferably one that has experienced an assistant on the farm at least 3 years


• Firm and have leadership qualities are high


• Physically healthy and physically


• Mastering Ms. Office


• Willing to be placed throughout the orchard enterprise
